C-Cell’s Software is developed to provide detailed information of baked product quality using objective vision analysis. The software produces up to 50 different parameters relating to baked product quality. By using a defined hardware configuration along with bespoke software we produce objective data that is not subject to the errors found with sensory evaluation.

Customer interface can be programmed to any language.
